Your tasks 
As a hall employee you are responsible for the experience of our drivers in the cycling cafe and hotel. You ensure that the customers are served with drinks and dishes in a timely manner. You manage a team of flexible workers in the room for this. You are also the point of contact for customers when it comes to cycling experience. You know the beautiful places in the region and you always know how to help the customer with his questions about cycling experience.

• preparing and serving drinks and dishes

• directing the room staff (especially flexible workers)  

• monitoring the atmosphere in the cycling cafe  

• checking stocks and cash registers

Profile  

• You have affinity with cycling and the catering sector 

• You are very precise and result-oriented 

• You are charismatic and comfortable in a social and managerial context 

• You are ambitious and want to grow with our concept 

• You get a lot of satisfaction from your work and do it with enthusiasm
